What the project form does
The form prepares a brief in your browser. The current website has no inquiry delivery service or submission database. Form entries are not sent to POARE and are not stored in browser local storage by the site. If you download a brief, it is saved to the location selected by your browser.
Information you choose to enter
The optional brief can include your name, email, business name and project requirements. Avoid including confidential designs, identification documents, payment information or sensitive personal information. No file upload is enabled.
Site resources and hosting
Fonts, images and scripts are served with this website. No analytics, advertising tags or marketing cookies have been added by the site author. Your hosting or access provider may process technical connection information under its own terms. An access gate, if supplied by the preview host, is managed separately from this site.
Before inquiry delivery is enabled
The business must confirm its approved recipient, privacy contact, processing provider, retention period and security arrangements. This notice must then be updated to describe the actual service. No claim of certified legal compliance is made here.
